TRMTC Structure

TRMTC has an Executive Committee and three subcommittees:

• Tribal Emergency Management 

• Marketing and Branding Development

• Nuclear Regulatory Commission Petition Rulemaking 

• Additional committees are formed as-needed

In addition, members participate in multiple NTSF ad hoc working groups. The current ones are:

• Rail routing

• Transportation Emergency Preparedness Planning

• Section 180(c)

• Spent Nuclear Fuel Communications and Outreach

North Wind provides staff support to TRMTC through a cooperative agreement with DOE.
